Due to the high demand and exclusive nature of our drops, releases, and collaborations, please review our shipping guidelines below to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) following order confirmation.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email complete with tracking details.
  • Important Note on Limited Drops: During high-profile product releases, limited-edition drops, or promotional holiday sales, order processing and fulfillment may take an additional 3 to 7 business days due to high order volume.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination, weight, and chosen service level. General delivery estimates include:

  • Domestic (United States): 3 – 7 Business Days
  • Canada & International North America: 5 – 10 Business Days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5 – 12 Business Days
  • Asia-Pacific & Rest of World: 7 – 18 Business Days
  • Please note that transit timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BBC/ICECREAM is not responsible for international customs, tariffs, duties, or value-added taxes (VAT) incurred on international shipments. Any additional charges or clearance fees applied after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once orders are handed over to our designated courier services, BBC/ICECREAM is not liable for lost or stolen packages if tracking information confirms successful delivery to the specified address.
  • If your package arrives structurally damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
